perfect for my home office! looks super nice without being stuffy. it’s surprisingly heavy and doesn't slide all over the place like cheap thin rugs do. took maybe two days to flatten out completely. definitely recommend
Honestly looks like something much more expensive. The pile has that soft matte finish you usually only see in better handmade rugs, and the colors are rich without looking artificial.
The navy background is even more striking in person. I was worried it might feel too dark, but the ivory border and soft blue accents balance it perfectly. The wool pile feels dense and smooth underfoot, and the floral motifs look incredibly crisp up close. Very impressed with the craftsmanship from Artista Rugs.
The pattern is intricate but somehow still calming. I have lighter furniture and was worried the rug would dominate the room, but the ivory border balances it really well. The low to medium wool pile also makes it practical for everyday use. Very happy with the purchase!!!
I looked at probably 30 rugs before ordering this one because I didn’t want another flat looking machine-made rug pretending to be handmade. This actually has depth and texture in person. The navy field changes a little depending on the light and the wool has that softer matte look instead of the shiny synthetic finish you see everywhere now. Honestly looks far more expensive than what we paid.
