Midnight Orb Rug

My favorite part of the day now is around 3 PM when the sun hits this corner of my room. The way the shadows and direct sunlight cut across the cobalt blue circle creates this gorgeous, moody depth that photos just don't do justice.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the blue circular section feels slightly different underfoot compared to the cream border. The weave inside the circle feels remarkably plush and dense, making it the perfect spot to rest your feet when sitting in an armchair.

Moving into my own place meant finally getting to choose my own style instead of living with hand-me-downs. I wanted one major statement piece for the living room before buying any big furniture. This rug was my first purchase, and I am very happy with my decision!!

the room feels cozier now.

As someone who spends way too many hours scrolling through architectural magazines, I am obsessed with this layout. The asymmetrical placement of the circle against the rectangular border is pure genius. It punches way above its price point.
